Product Information

Do you offer vegan options?

Yes, we currently offer three vegan éclair entremet options, as well as sorbetto during gelato season. Please check our Instagram page or website for seasonal products, as we frequently introduce new varieties.

Do your products contain gelatin of animal origin?

We only use a special fish gelatin (no bovine or pork gelatin). Please consult the labels in the display or the product details when ordering to see which items contain gelatin and which do not. The same applies to allergens.

Do your products contain alcohol?

Currently, only three out of our 20+ pastries contain alcohol: Tiramisu, Fruits Rouges Chocolat, and Lavande Framboise éclair entremets. All product labels in the display and online highlight this information along with other nutritional details, such as allergens. Please note that the whole cake versions of these products also contain alcohol.

Are your cakes suitable for specific diets or allergies?

For detailed dietary and allergen information, please refer to the ingredients list on each product page. We offer a range of products, including dairy-free, vegan and nut-free options.

Are the eggs in your products pasteurized?

Yes, all the eggs we use are either cooked or pasteurized to ensure safety and quality.

How should I store the desserts/cakes, and for how long?

Upon receipt, place cakes/pastries in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. They are best enjoyed within 2 days at 10°C-12°C, but can last up to 3 days in the fridge. Do not freeze the cakes or pastries.

Will the cake last during a car ride?

During summer or in high temperatures, cakes can withstand a car journey for up to 1 hour with the AC on high. For longer trips, it’s recommended to use an insulated bag with ice packs.

Customization and Ordering

Can I adjust the sweetness or customize my cake?

Our recipes are standardized, and we produce each product in batches. Therefore, changes to sweetness or customizations are not available.

Can you make a bigger cake, smaller, or in a different shape?

At the moment, we offer cakes in two sizes: round, 16cm diameter (6-8 portions) and 20cm diameter (10-12 portions). If one cake does not suffice for your needs, we recommend complementing it by ordering a few additional individual desserts, such as éclair entremets, which are just a miniature version of the main cake and share the same flavor and design.

Do you write on cakes?

We don’t write directly on cakes, but we offer complimentary message cards or "Happy Birthday" cake toppers.

How do I order?

Go to "Order" and select from the two online order request forms: "Eclairs & Co" or "Whole Cakes." Follow the form by selecting your products, choosing delivery or pickup, and providing your information as required. A summary of your order request will be sent to you via email. We will then follow up with an order confirmation within 8 working hours if everything is in order.

Can I order for today?

We have a 1-2 day pre-order time, depending on the pastries or whole cake you'd like to order. We offer a large selection of specialty eclairs (eclairs, entremets, and tartelettes) in the display every day, so unless you need something specific, you can walk in and choose from our available pastries.

Why can't I select certain products/date/time options?

If a product, date, or time is greyed out, it might either be unavailable or past its ordering cut-off time.

Do you offer delivery?
Plus ICon

Yes, we offer delivery within Vienna for a minimum purchase of 50 EUR. Delivery fees vary depending on your location:

1st-9th and 20th districts: 20 EUR
12th-19th districts: 25 EUR
10th-11th and 21st-23rd districts: 30 EUR

When placing an order, you can select delivery to your address, and the online form will guide you through the details.

Can you deliver my order at a specific time?

We offer delivery between 10 am and 7 pm. While we strive to deliver within your chosen time slot, we cannot guarantee an exact time within that slot due to factors like traffic and route planning. Please allow for a 30-minute window.

Café Experience

Do you have seating inside?

Yes, we have seating available in the café upstairs, in the gallery. It is recommended that you book a table in advance via our website or the reserve button on Google Maps. Additional seating is available outside, ground floor (bar area in front of the showcase) and downstairs (at the deco station). These areas are available for walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I walk in and purchase directly from the café?

Yes, you can walk in during opening hours. We offer a large variety of products, but for specific preferences, we strongly recommend pre-ordering online before visiting.

Can I spontaneously walk in and purchase whole cakes at the café?
Plus ICon

While we don't stock whole cakes, you can pre-order them from our website and opt for pickup at the café. Pre-order times range from 1-2 days depending on the cake/pastries selections.
